Counseling for Individuals, Families & Couples

“If there is one thing that a person needs from another human being,

it’s to be appreciated, to be listened to, to be heard. Just as you are.

Not as I would make you.”

When couples are experiencing discomfort, one or both partners are feeling confined or unheard in some way; making honesty and authenticity unsafe.  This will affect everything from physical intimacy to your ability to work through daily logistics. I can help you improve your relationship with a minimum of sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Are you seeing clients in person?

A:  I conduct sessions with all clients via Zoom, FaceTime, or by phone.

Q:  Do you accept insurance?

A:  No, but check with your insurance provider or employer if they reimburse for any out-of-network therapy and counseling.

Q:  How much does therapy cost?

A:  $185 per hour for individuals.  $250 per hour for couples.  $295 per hour for families.

Q:  How does therapy work?

A:  There are as many ways to engage in therapy as there are types of people.  I like to collaborate with you in making a plan that takes into consideration your unique set of parameters and needs.

Q:  How confidential is therapy?

A:  All information communicated in therapy is kept completely confidential, subject to five exceptions mandated by California Law requiring all mental health professionals to break confidentiality to maintain safety for all involved.
